About the Secure Member’s Area

Is this your first visit?

As a member, you will have privileged access to certain information, resources, and tools to support you within the coaching process.  This private “members only” area will allow you keep track of all your coaching resources in one place. Whether you are a new client, current client or would just like more info about coaching, the Members Only area gives you everything you need to get started!

Navigating the client area menus:

Forms

CLIENT PROFILE, COACHING AGREEMENT, COACHING FORMS & OTHER DOCUMENTS

Inside the “FORMS” menu, you’ll have access to the forms you need each step of the way. Some forms, such as the Discovery Form or Intro Session Form, will be visible only at specific stages of the coaching process. Other items available under the “FORMS” menu, such as your Coaching Agreement & other documents are always available.

Calendar

SEE AVAILABILITY, SYNC TO YOUR OWN CALENDAR, MANAGE YOUR SESSIONS

Inside the “CALENDAR” menu, you’ll have access to my available session times, a “SYNC” option that will allow you to merge your coaching appointments right onto your personal Gmail calendar, and the ability to view, update, reschedule or cancel your personal coaching sessions right from your account.

My Logs

LOG & SUBMIT PROGRESS, UPLOAD FILES, REVIEW OR PRINT PREVIOUS LOGS

Inside the “MY LOGS” menu, you can record and submit daily or weekly progress for your coach to review. Upload and submit forms or other files and attach them to your log entry. The log archive allows you to view and print past log entries. This is a convenient way to check in with me between sessions!

Payments

VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE, REVIEW INVOICES, SUBMIT PAYMENTS SECURELY

Inside the “PAYMENTS” menu, you’ll be able to view your current balance owed, view your invoices and submit payments via PayPal using a credit card, debit check card or your personal PayPal account. This feature gives you a way to track your account balance and payment history.

 

Additional resources & support available during and after the coaching process:

One of the most important tools you’ll receive is access to the Call Strategy Form. The day before each coaching appointment, you will receive an email reminder to complete this form in order to maximize the effectiveness of your time together.  At the bottom of this email reminder will be a link for you to access and complete the Call Strategy Form.

  • Discover helpful “Resources” within the Resources link above.
  • Access any Archived Newsletters within the “Newsletters” link above
  • Check out the “Documents” available to you under the Forms Tab
  • You can update your information on any of your forms at any time.

NOTE:  be sure to click on the “Save” buttons when you enter or update any information on the forms so the system captures your data.
